Gabrielle Fortier is a registered dietitian-nutritionist, a graduate of the University of Montreal and a member of the Quebec Order of Dietitians-Nutritionists (ODNQ).

Nutritional assessment
The first meeting lasts 75 minutes. We will explore motivations, needs, conduct a health assessment, and explore eating habits.
Based on the information exchanged, intervention priorities and the development of a personalized action plan will be defined in order to best support you.
Nutritional monitoring
The follow-up meetings last 45 minutes. They allow for a review of objectives, an assessment of progress, and a discussion of successes as well as challenges encountered.
Depending on the pace of progress, new nutritional concepts will be introduced. We will delve deeper into existing concepts to reinforce habit changes.
